The busy ice road season on the slope is under way. I just got back from a 4 week stint in Prudhoe Bay where I spent both Christmas and New Years. As usual, the camps put out a wonderful feast on both occasions.

A girl can't complain when she comes home after a long day at work to a dinner of king crab and filet mignon!

Now, everyday meals aren't as extravagant, but on holidays the kitchen staff really struts their stuff and they do a delicious job of it.
