Wow! I'm surprised at the number of professional, long-term openings being advertised right now. Scroll through the list below and you'll see what I mean.

Why am I surprised? Well, this winter isn't shaping up to be a big exploration season. ConocoPhillips will not be drilling any exploratory wells and I could be wrong, but I don't believe BP will be drilling either.

BP has also halted their Liberty project pending a complete safety & engineering review of their new rig. And, ExxonMobil has put their Point Thomson project on hold due to unresolved issues with the State of Alaska.
